Willow Kidsis our children's ministry here at Willow Drive Baptist Church. We are rooted in God's Word, growing in the fruit and power of the Holy Spirit, and branching out to others.

This is where we present the Gospel to children on their level in a church service atmosphere with praise and worship, teaching, ministry time, object lessons, and games. This is held every Sunday during the 11:00 AM service. We do not meet on 5th Sundays, for this is time for the family to enjoy church together.
Power Ark is for ages 4 years through Kindergarten and meet in the Preschool area.

KID'S QUEST & BREAKOUT
These are our midweek discipleship programs. They take place on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00p.m. Both Breakout and Kid’s Quest are designed to help children build relationships with other children and their leaders. The programs begin in September and conclude in March.
Kid’s Quest - is a small group discipleship program for children age 4 through 2nd grade, which takes them on a quest to Discover God’s Word, Discover God’s Plan, Discover God’s Son, and Discover God’s Will. Using Bible Stories, kids will listen, learn, look, and live with safari animals as they complete weekly lessons at home and participate in games, crafts, and stories during their small group time at church. This program not only teaches Bible stories, but also helps them to apply scripture to their lives and prepares them to take the next step into Break Out. Breakout is an intentional small group discipleship program for 3rd through 6th graders that takes children through 4 stages:
How to know Christ
How to grow in Christ
How to serve Christ
How to share Christ
Breakout meets in the BCS gym.
Treasure Hunts and Servant Evangelism Projects (5th-6th grade) We meet during the spring to do different servant projects in our community to share God's love with people. We also teach the children to step out in faith to pray for people in the community and watch God move mightily.
Pre-Teen Summer Camp This is a 4 day camp for 3rd-6th grade children that usually takes place every summer in the month of June. A time to grow spiritually while having fun, along with a time of fellowship and relationship building for the children, as well as the leaders.
Mission Trip This is a week long trip taken by students that have completed the 4th year of Break Out.
Hallelujah Festival This is our alternative to the traditional trick or treating activities. This is a time of outreach to the community and a way to provide a safe environment for children to have fun.

Power House for the 1st-6th grade meeting every Sunday during the 11 am adult service. The month of February we are learning about COURAGE. We are giving the 5&6 graders note pad to take notes at each lesson and return on the 4th Sundays for a reward. We are handing out a review paper to the 1st-4th graders to be signed by their parents each week and turned in on the 4th Sundays for a reward. On the 4th Sundays of each month we celebrate birthdays of the month (so make sure you are there to receive your BIG candy), and leadership roles for the 5th and 6th graders to participate in. Come and join in the great things that we are doing as we learn more about God.
Kid's Quest and Break Out Meeting every Wednesday from 6:30-8 pm. Kid's Quest meets in Willow preschool area and Break Out meets in Willow Kids building. Feb 8th- Break Out review night. TALENT SHOW Feb 15th- Kid's Quest review night March 7th- Last night for Kid's Quest and Break Out
